I was at a crossroad as my oil burner is on its last legs so I called Riedell. Nick and Rick came and provided an overall evaluation of my heating and AC options - 2 terrific guys and very knowledgeable and thorough in their evaluation. No pressure, just complete honest and accurate assessment. I made the right move and so glad I called  Riedell- I can see why they are in business for so many years. Steve, a technician, stopped by to give us advice and an estimate for a water heater issue. He was knowledgeable, patient and understanding and spent a good deal of time with us and gave us valuable advice and recommendations.
