What You’ll Do:

• Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including heat pumps, ductless systems, furnaces, and air handlers. 
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and specifications for precise installations
• Ensure all installations are completed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with local and national building codes
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and company vehicles
• Assist with start-ups, testing, and troubleshooting as needed
• Deliver exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–3+ years of HVAC installation experience (preferred)
• Valid Massachusetts driver’s license with a clean driving record
• EPA certification (preferred)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
