We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HVAC Sales Manager to oversee residential installation and replacement projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to define project scopes, prepare estimates, and manage all aspects of job execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to develop scopes of work and review HVAC plans and specifications.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates and client proposals for residential installs and system replacements.
• Manage budgets and billing for assigned jobs to ensure profitability.
• Coordinate project schedules, monitor job progress, and allocate manpower effectively.
• Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to code.
• Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with sales, service, and installation departments to streamline operations.
• Stay current on local building codes, rebates, and best practices through training and ongoing education.
• Utilize estimating and scheduling software (training provided if needed).

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of HVAC experience required
• Background in sales and/or construction is a plus
• Must be dependable, personable, and able to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently
• Excellent communication skills with both clients and team members
• Strong team player with a collaborative approach
• IT savvy and willing to learn software tools for estimating and scheduling
• Eagerness to attend trainings and stay up-to-date on industry standards
• Valid Driver’s License required

HVAC Installer – Full-Time

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Hours: 40+ hours per week, with overtime as needed
Location: On-site
Compensation: Competitive pay, based on experience
